Guests at Osprey Landing will have access to the entire home! We hope you have a wonderful stay! You will receive check-in instructions the day of check-in including your personalized special code to our smart lock for the duration of your stay. There are two designated parking spaces for the home. The driveway is a bit steep so please drive slowly and with caution.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1) Booking party must be 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
2) Dogs Allowed (house trained) Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs with pet fee of $150/stay. Sorry no cats. There will be a fee for damage caused by your pet. You must note pets when you are registering guests to notify the owner.
3) No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc) and No Drugs of any kind. You may smoke outside.
4) Parties not allowed as per Airbnb.
5) There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
6) Guest acknowledges two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing the Entry door and parking area and facing the driveway at the entrance to the drive. There are NO cameras inside the home.
6) Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. If you have health conditions, please check with your doctor.
PETS:
We’re a family-friendly and dog-friendly space, often bringing our own kids and dog to the cabin. Unfortunately, we don’t allow cats due to allergies.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
*Linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
*A kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect plus a starter supply of coffee/tea and a Keurig coffee maker.
*A pack-n-play bed & a portable highchair, and a safety gate for the stairs.
*A charcoal grill ( charcoal not provided ).
*A hot tub that is cleaned and drained for every stay. Use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Adults use at their own risk.
*Unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
*A pet bed and feeding dishes for your pup
**Please Note: The driveway to the parking area is narrow and a bit steep. If you have a lowered suspension or an extra long car or truck, it may be tricky. Please be aware and drive slowly up. You can see pictures in the photos of the exterior.

Supervision: Never leave pets unsupervised. Crate them if needed. Keep dogs on a leash outside.

The cabin is lovely. I loved that there were 3 bathrooms. The game room is a fun touch! Everything we needed was provided plus extras. Such a nice cabin. The only thing negative I heard from the party was they were a little concerned about the area while driving to the cabin which is only about a mile of parkway. This is something out of their control of the owners and all worries were put to the side once we arrived. The street the cabin sits on are all really nice and of similar appearance. Thanks for letting us use your cabin!

We visit the Smoky’s annually and tend to just pick a cabin that is available. Location-wise, we selected this one because we have stayed in this community before and loved the proximity to all activities. Cabin-wise, this cabin was superior to others in set up and space. Very well thought out and had everything we could’ve needed. The bathrooms had plenty of vanity space (not typical) and extra shelving for our stuff! The kitchen was well stocked. We ate several meals in the cabin and never wanted for anything to cook with. The porches were fantastic! The kids LOVED all the games available and things for them to do! The popcorn machine was a nice touch the littles loved as well. Thanks for making our stay a great one. The set up was wonderful and we will definitely be booking directly for future visits.

We loved our stay here. The owners truly thought of everything and stocked the cabin very well and even had a lot of extra fun things they stocked like snacks and coffee treats. The place was spotless and we are very picky about that and so it’s hard to impress us…but we were. We liked the location and how quickly we could get to the strip and to the Le Conte center where drove back and forth to several times a day within 5-10 minutes. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the 3 full baths were amazing. There wasn’t one thing about our stay we didn’t enjoy. Owner’s communication was good. We would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Great location, great place to stay! House was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) for week stay in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend!
