Had a great stay but the Cabin has multiple issues. Most of the outlets weren’t working, hot tub leaks, rugs covering damage in the floors. Bears had garbage thrown all around the outside of the cabin. Lights outside by the hot tub weren’t working so you couldn’t use it after dark. Otherwise Would be a nice place and convenient location.

We have 4 adult children we took with us for the week in Pigeon Forge. We have never scheduled downtime in a vacation before, but this one we did. The house fit us comfortably. Close enough to feel close as a family, playing games around a big enough but not too big family dining table, but room to get alone time and read if you wanted to.
I would stay again.

Hot water heater needs to be better and bigger to supply hot water for a group larger than 4, maintenance came turned up temperature but water still not hot enough pass 4 showers. There was 9 of us , if you advertise for a large group then the cabin and amenities should uphold for a large group. Cabin could be cleaner and pillows better
