Welcome to Slow M'Ocean! This home has panoramic ocean views with private beach access directly out the front door. Your feet will be in the sand after just a few steps! Walk to Morris Island Lighthouse beach. Shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area, just 2.5 miles away. Relax in the morning with coffee or after your beach day on the oceanfront balcony feeling the ocean breeze. Coastal décor, high-end furnishings, and stainless steel appliances make this house the perfect getaway spot.
Home is newly remodeled with all new appliances and furnishings. This 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home has 2 balconies, one right off the living room area, and another up a spiral stair case to the top of the house, both offering amazing oceanfront views! The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped to prepare and serve family meals. A full washing machine and dryer are located just down the hall.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean in the large oceanfront master bedroom with private porch access and a king bed. 2 comfortable guest rooms have queen beds. The bunk room includes a bonus trundle bed. TV with cable in every bedroom will provide evening relaxation. Both full bathrooms are Jack and Jill bathrooms on either side of the home.
Take a short walk to the end of island to view the picturesque Morris Island Lighthouse. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown folly beach where you'll find all local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Also, only 25 minutes from downtown Charleston, which offers a variety of fun with historic tours, carriage rides, museums, aquarium, world class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or the Battery. Float on a ferry to Fort Sumpter where you can spend a whole afternoon. Customize your memorable trip to our historical city to immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.
Parking in the driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, keyless entry, central heat and A/C, gas grill, contactless check-in, fully stocked kitchen, Tesla charger ($50 per stay - must call to add on fee), and VayK Life beach gear credit. Must be 25 years or older to rent, no exceptions. No pets. No smoking. Fire place is not for guest use. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum number of occupancy.

This property was perfect for our family. We were happy to find that all the bedrooms and living spaces are on the same level. (I felt this was a little unclear in the listing.) The porch was amazing to sit on and watch the sunrise every morning. We also walked 2 miles on the beach to watch the sun set. We had an issue with the stove top and the internet, but I contacted the owners and someone came within a couple of hours to fix both issues. Love it here! Would definitely come again!

Beautiful because it’s beach front but needs a TON of work you can’t even open/close the doors due to rust…place was super dirty hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long while!!! We cleaned the best we could to enjoy the stay …The lights on the stairs need to be on different switch from the outside as the turtle conservationist left us notes but the lights were not left on over night we just had to turn on stair light to see to walk down the enclosed 23 steps to not fall early in the am to go walk the beach …pretty view but for what I paid I was disappointed in the house, I have paid way less for much cleaner and the doors actually work! The top door was so hard to open and close we didn’t even go up to the top balcony very disappointing!!! Honestly, I’d expect the rental company to give money back.. but I’m sure that would NEVER happen…beautiful beach and great family time to offset the dirty house..
