This beautiful, spacious condo offers three bedrooms and two baths. The main suite has a king bed with a private bath and a door opening up to the Gulf-front balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a kitchen that opens to the living room where you'll find an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo was beautifully furnished and there was plenty of seating in the living area. The master bath shower was great with a small step to enter. We would definitely stay here again

This condo had a great view of the beach. Close to several restaurants and a Publix. The bedrooms were very spacious. The pools (one kiddie pool, one regular size, one indoor) were great for the kids! It was easy access to the beach and there is a beach umbrella and chair service for a fee that is super convenient. We did not have any issues. We had four adults and two young kids.

Uncomfortable beds and a few minor maintenance items hold this rating back. The overall complex was great. We’ve stayed at Summerchase before and enjoy the fact that is a smaller complex which leads to less crowded amenities.
