Everything was great! Location and proximity to the beach was excellent. Really clean and well kept. The only negative was the bedroom ceiling fans could all stand to be replaced.

We LOVED absolutely everything about our stay in Summerchase 706!!! Condo was beautiful, clean, and updated!! Great location!! Quick walk to the beach!! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and groceries!! We will definitely be booking this room again next summer!!

Overall clean and great location. Condo does not provide any “extras” as one other reviewer mentioned, but our only real complaint was we wish there had be more seating in the living room. Our family of 6 could not all sit comfortably together, but otherwise the building and condo were good.

If you are coming from out of town, maybe skip this unit. It is more like a hotel .if you live near by and can lug a carload full of stuff…it’s for you. It is cleanish and the view is nice. We have stayed in other units up and down the Al/Fl panhandle with more amenities. It’s basically a hotel on the beach…the construction we were at least warned about. I would give it a C …great for adults without kids- just bring the kitchen sink and a lot of beach stuff. No workout room access until 8 …when you want to be heading to the beach…it was disappointing for us
