The condo had all the amenities, tv remote in living room needed battery and sheets needed changed in smaller bedroom. Other than those minor things it was on the beach and loved the balcony.

All good except on arrival tv wouldn’t work. Tv hadn’t been set up and when it was tv kept cutting off. This was the tv in living room. Only other problem was the front door wouldn’t close all the way unless you were paying close attention.

Summerchase is a great building- nice location, good pools, clean- the condo itself-605- very outdated, sofa extremely old and sunken, floors so dirty our feet were black, fan in bedroom didn’t work, switches on walls didn’t operate properly, tvs didn’t have proper remotes- etc- we would stay in building again but not that condo.
