WV mountains!!! It’s time to reserve your stay with us for a great time at Summersville Lake and explore the New River Gorge, Summerville Lake State Park and the surrounding adventure’s!!! DON'T miss out on the largest single-day festival! Every third Saturday in October, thousands of people gather on the New River Gorge Bridge in Fayetteville, West Virginia to watch daredevils BASE jump into the Gorge below. The cabin is located approx. 3 miles off the West Mount Lookout exit and within 15 minutes of Summersville Lake & Park, New River Gorge Bridge and one of the largest adventure areas in the State. Activities in the area includes, walking trails, swimming, boating, whitewater rafting, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, restaurants/bars, Tee Time Golf (high definition golf simulation) Starlite Drive in Movies and much more. Also during the winter months check out Snow Skiing and Snow Boarding @ Winterplace.

(Please let us know if you need room for boats, side by sides or any other trailer parking prior to your arrival. The driveway is narrow and a dead-end) Secured off-site parking is available 2 miles from the cabin.

This 2-story cabin has a 2 acre lot and sleeps up to 8 comfortably will accomodate10 with rollaway bed and futon couch (air mattress available) - an additional guest fee over 8 guest. Driveway parking, Central Air/Heat, Rooms setup with Living Room (TV dinner folding trays added), Kitchen (w/bar seating) - Kitchenette Table with stools (baby highchair added), 2 bathrooms one on each floor (Towels, wash cloths, Toilet Paper provided), laundry closet w/ washer & dryer (detergent pods available), 2 bedrooms located on the first floor (pet cage provided) and 1 huge room with three beds on the second floor (play pen for baby added) with balcony access overlooking the wooded area. Each room is equipped YouTube TV, WIFI Fiber Internet Frontier Communications (maximum speed available for our area is provided) 2 additional decks located on the front and back of the cabin on the first floor. Kitchen is fully furnished (Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, trash bags provided). Outside is equipped with a hot tub, Corn hole Boards, Fire Pit, Charcoal Grill, and Seating. Additional directions to the home will be sent via email prior to your arrival.

Local Towns include ~ Fayetteville, Summersville, Gauley Bridge and Beckley - Great place to visit on vacation-friendly folks, great shopping/restaurants, small town atmosphere.

Leave TV Remotes Beside the TV Upon Checkout
Dirty Linens (Towels & Washcloths) Please Place on top of Washer and Dryer Upon

Place dishes in the dishwasher and turn on before Check-Out
Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity.
No Smoking except in the Backyard (dispose of cigarette butts properly)
Guests Should Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can.
No Shoes Inside The Home Please.
Garage is Off Limits to Guest
Water Hose use is Off Limits to Guest unless water is needed for Hot Tub
Movie Rental is Off limits to Guest
Quiet Time Between 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 a.m. No Loud Music
Please use EXTRA precaution on the upper balcony and Hot Tub area
No Food in HOT TUB
Please Remove any Lotion or Sprays Prior to Entering the HOT TUB
Charcoal Grill (provided) in the Backyard - please clean
after each use
Fire pit and firewood provided - additional firewood available upon request for a
fee - DO NOT cut any limbs or trees on the premises you can pick up sticks to use
if they are on the ground

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or
your party during your stay.

If you have pets please do not leave them outside unattended - all pets will need
to be on a leash at all times.
