The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, a pull-out sofa, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 4 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite. The bunk room, perfect for traveling with children, includes a second full bathroom with walk-in shower. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee. - Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. - Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.
