Majestic Beach Resort is located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests both indoor (heated) & outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, adult waterfall pool, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill, internet cafe & market, Starbucks, tennis/pickleball courts, covered parking, movie theatre, game room and fitness center!
This beautifully updated unit offers almost 900 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, a pull-out sofa, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 4 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite. The bunk room, perfect for traveling with children, includes a second full bathroom with walk-in shower. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Everything was great with the exception of the distance to condo fm parking deck. We weren't informed & my husband had recently had back surgery - so it was rought.

This was our first time staying at Majestic and overall we are very pleased. The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and taken care of. The view is perfect on the 7th floor. The elevators are super fast. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The property its self was in a great location. All amenities were available minus the theater, which is ok we were notified with signs through facility. Upon arrive to the unit, we noticed bathtub had dirty foot prints, we wiped out ourselves. Couches and chairs multiple wrappers/trash found that didn’t belong to my party. Bathroom wallpaper held up with velcro, mold in shower corners, hot/cold water handles switched in shower. Kitchen supplies limited, lacking in bowls, sheet pan. While this property is provide a beautiful view and extra chairs and sand toys. I did have to score it lower as it laced of cleanliness and needing to be maintained. Overall I would stay at this complex again, just choose another unit.
