Our spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room and master bedroom both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8".

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely (failure to wait will result in a $250 fine). The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot always predict when maintenance events might occur.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
For the month of March 2026 (and possibly April), the pool, hot tub and sauna will be closed for maintenance.

The property mgr made sure to be there when we got there to let us in the garage and with instructions. It was great to have a safe garage space for our car. Our condo was clean and ready. It looked like it had updates especially in the bathroom. ( The curtains could use some fixing but that was more of a cosmetic thing that didn’t affect our stay.) The king bed was very comfortable. The portable AC unit in the bedroom was fairly loud but with the ceiling fan going we didn’t need to use it much. A minor kitchen problem was quickly resolved by the mgr which showed how easily reachable and attentive they were if anything came up. The location was great since we had decided to walk to everything we wanted to do in Seattle but as expected, brought some noise and sirens in the night on the weekend. The complex itself was kept up very nice and we spent a little time on the rooftop area overlooking the water which was nice. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near many of the attractions knowing that it might not be the quietest area of the city. Being able, however, to leave our car parked for a few days without worrying about traffic or where to park, was well worth it for us.

Great location, nice & quiet, beautifully maintained property with easy walkability to shops and restaurants. Apartment unit was clean, plenty of towels (etc)... had zero issues or needs while we were there. Owners/property manager were communicative and incredibly friendly. It was a perfect stay for us.

This apartment is in an excellent location to see the city sites. It is a perfect space for a couple with amenities such as free parking, workout room, and shared patio and courtyard.
While the immediate area felt safe and was quiet, Belltown is known for its nightclubs and general rowdiness. So we paid attention to where we walked at night.

The home is a a large building and is very safe. They have protocol so no one can enter and security as well. The house itself we thought needed a living loving care. Little dusty but overall provided the comfort we came for. Hockey Game!!
