With the soft sand of Folly Beach only one short block from your front door, the three-bedroom home of Folly's Hideaway is a place to spend your days surfing, swimming, and taking in balmy coastal breezes outside on your covered veranda.
This listing is for the top floor of a two-level duplex which sits one block from the beach and about a mile from fantastic restaurants and nightlife on Center Street. Enter by way of the covered veranda on the second floor, a wonderful place to sip cold glasses of sweet tea in cushioned outdoor seats. Step inside to be greeted by central air conditioning, a delightfully bright and open layout, and decor that's at once modern and charming. To one side of the great room is a sitting area with dual sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV; to the other is an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, brass hardware, and a cooking island with bar seats for two. Glass doors on either side of the room lead to furnished decks outside.
In the evenings, there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms to choose from, including two primary suites with private bathrooms that feature dual vanities. An additional half-bath, free high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

This is the upper floor of a two-level duplex, with the ground floor, Folly's Hideaway A, available to rent as well. The entire five-bedroom home can be rented as Folly's Hideaway A + B.

We had a great 3 day stay! The openness and size of the rooms were unexpected and very comfortable! Would suggest to get rid of goose feathered throw pillows on couch and replace mattress covers! The beds were very cozy! As for the parking…there is no way to park 2 vehicles one behind the other unless you bring 2 smart cars…but it worked out ok by parking one of our two cars in side yard! It’s a great home away from the noise and chaos of downtown Folly! Will def want to use your home again❤️

Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Beach chairs were provided, as well as some games. Two minute walk to the beach was amazing. Couldn’t see it but at night on the porch we could hear the waves crashing. Sunset from the porch was stunning!

Everything looked so great in the pictures but cramped inside for 5 people. When we sat on the sofas they sank way down, very uncomfortable. We kept smelling cigarette smoke, maybe from downstairs. We were told we would have two parking spaces but there were three other cars there and a motorcycle. We are all seniors so would have liked that convenience.
