Gorgeous direct beachfront 3/2.5 home in Palm Coast, Florida. Quick 30 minute drive to downtown St Augustine activities and nearby to Marineland/Washington Oaks Garden Park. This place is paradise! Enjoy the spacious beachfront home with private beach access and a breathtaking view. The beach is very peaceful and quiet and you will often have it to yourself. Enjoy nature such as nesting sea turtles, frolicking dolphins and migrating right whales. Two large decks with lots of room for outdoor activities. Relax and unwind but also have plenty of space and high speed internet to work remotely. The home is spacious with separate living areas on two floors. Views throughout the home. So much to do and a perfect place to relax.
This gated neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a lovely heated pool for neighborhood use (owner makes no guarantees to pool hours or availability). It is a great area to ride bikes and explore the area. Hiking , fishing, SUP and kayaking are easily accessible. Surf break right out your back door. Local restaurants or cook in your own gourmet kitchen. You can eat in your dining room, kitchen nook or out on the deck listening to the waves. Enjoy the community club house and ammenities.
The owner has tastefully decorated this home with high end furnishings. Enjoy cozy beds and lots of seating to sit and watch the ocean waves. Multiple work spaces and all the essentials for the kids and family time. This will truly be your home away from home.

The property was overall outstanding. We stayed a month. It was a real treat having a deck overlooking the beach with direct access. Most days were very peaceful. We did a lot of walking and fishing. Our dog loved it too! Everything was in very good condition and comfortable. Convenient access to restaurants and stores. And a short ride to St. Augustine. The owners were nice people and terrific to deal with. We loved it and highly recommend the property.

We have stayed at about a dozen VRBO's and this is No. 1 in our rankings. Very clean, property management was excellent, no clutter whatsoever, beach was incredible. Can't say enough good things about it. VRBO should allow you to give 6 stars in one out of 10 of your stays. If they did, this would be a 6 star stay. Hope to be back in the future.

Working with Dan, Heather and Sherry was easy and a delight,
The house was amazing. You couldn’t be closer to the beach and ocean, The sun rise every morning was breathtaking,
The house was fully equipped, The barbaque was an extra we enjoyed ,
