You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This 1-BR condo has oceanview and street view. Terrace can safely store your beach stuff. Elevators were good and never had to wait long. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Full size W/D for laundry. Pullout bed was comfy.

The condo was awesome with the exception of the shower diverter needing to be replaced. The gentleman that checked us on was less than cordial and could not be bothered with the guests questions.

Our Family had a great week at Fountainhead. The location was perfect and short, private walkway to the beach was great for everything we had to take for our young ones. The pool was nice, though very little shallow water. Also no toys/ games allowed for the kids and believe me it is strictly monitored.
The room was in definite need of updating. The screen door was broken and the fan outside would blow it out of your hand as soon as you opened it. Older cabinets and the loose/ stripped knobs showed.
Washer and dryer on site was great. We could always clean and dry suits and clothes for the kids. AC blew cold and consistent providing relief during hot days.
Owners provide a lot, even some stuff that isnt mentioned in the listing (beach chairs, umbrella, some beach toys).
All in all, it worked well for our small family!
