Welcome to your next beachfront oasis! This condo is located in The Capri, an oceanfront high-rise building located in Ocean City, Maryland. You and your loved ones will have access to incredible community amenities, such as a lighted enclosed pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. This coastal gem faces south with panoramic views from the ocean to the bay from the private balcony. The floor plan includes two bedrooms, the primary with an en-suite bath and a second bedroom which is adjacent to the hall bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV with cable, and a gorgeous telescope to admire the views from a whole different point of view.
Things to know:
No smoking and no pets
A $75 cash or credit card, non-refundable building registration fee is due at checking in. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week for each space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, awesome amenities (specifically pool, tennis courts, library, arcade could use some upgrades/maintenance); the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback was having a tight assigned parking space (thankfully we took our forester and not truck).

Once I got past being bullied for parking in a handicapped spot, as a handicapped person, it got better.
A beautiful condo located right at the beach. The view of the ocean rolling in, from the large glass table, is breathtaking! Listening to the sound of the ocean…wonderful.
-Unit is spacious (room to comfortably move around)
-Nice size fridge (worked perfectly)
-Washer Dryer
-Dishwasher maintenance call, took awhile, but it was fixed (rack-glider- slides)
-Nice side balcony view of ocean/ & bay (bring your camera!)
-2 bathrooms were convenient
-Kitchen was large size (room to move) (cute decorations)(colors)(rugs)
-1 large bed with bathroom
-1 tiny room with 2 twin beds (mattresses could be updated) (blinds were pretty in both bedrooms)
My stay was good. I would highly recommend this OCEAN unit to others.
QUIET. NO NOISE.
-Be aware unit above out every night on their balcony so if you keep patio door open, speak quietly if you want your conversations private
-Elevators were clean, worked & were fast.
However, Dining room blinds need replacement; one was hanging by a thread. Afraid to touch it. Telescope was duct taped?? Sofas tops. Sofa rug, need cleaning. Just a little sprucing.
I was shocked the front door lock wasn’t a deadbolt! As a precaution, I’d bring a door telescope lock that goes under the door handle on the inside, at night.
Entering was easy. Key in numbers . Watch for flashing green light. There’s plenty of time to TURN THE HANDLE.

Pros: amazing view. Excellent location. Good building overall.
Cons: old and partly disfonctionnal plumbing and door entrance lock neglected . Serious lack of general cleaning of the condo, including floors, walls, counters. Basics cleaning products are missing and should be included as cleaning windows stuff. It's dirty and the cleaning crew of the managing company fail to remedy the situation.
