Lo mejor es sin duda la ubicación. La atención de Lorena también excelente.
Na hay nada muy negativo, aunque el aspecto (pintura) y el equipamiento es mejorable (muy antiguo). Tampoco tiene mucha luz natural debido a que es una especie de bajo.

Buena comunicación con el anfitión, apartamento limpio, ubicación inmejorable. Nos dejaron algo de desayuno. La cama era muy cómoda y grande. Fuimos justo en la ola de calor y en la casa hacía bastante bueno (nos sorprendió), y además, tenían un aire pequeñito que nos vino genial. Estuvimos muy agusto, practicamente como en casa. No sabría decidirme por una sola cosa de qué me ha gustado más, todo es un 10.

La cama era comodísima, y aunque este en una calle de mucho jaleo no se escuchaba ya que era interior, eso si, a los vecinos se les oye mucho, pero como en casi todos los edificios. El piso tenia todo lo necesario para estar agusto.
El precio, pero ya se sabe lo caro que es el País Vasco...

Ubicación perfecta, en muy buena zona. Precio económico pero muy mejorable
Apartamento con humedades y necesidad de cuidado. Cama parecía que se iba a romper con solo tumbarte ( una de las patas se torcía) además tenía ruedas.
