The whole experience was world class. The manager, Gino was friendly and very helpful. Communicated two days before the time and give clear directors. We were welcomed by Doubt, the friendly barman with a complementary drink. We had dinner that was 5 star and breakfast was even better. Location and facilities speak for themselves.

I really appreciated the attentive and friendly nature of the staff, especially the barman and the manager, who were both exceptional. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The property is a little slice of heaven, and the pictures simply do not do it justice—it is even more beautiful in person.
The restaurant's menu could benefit from being reviewed, particularly as the establishment is family- and child-friendly. Adding a dedicated children's menu and offering a greater variety of meal options would enhance the dining experience for families. Given the property's distance from other restaurants and amenities, having a more diverse menu would also provide added convenience for guests who prefer to dine on-site.

WhatsApp communication excellent Staff attitude and welcome drinks good
The rondavels were very small. Would be squashed if two people were in it. They should have been made bigger and the work is not complete Also staff killed a Rinkals snake which I don’t approved of for a conservation area. It should have been relocated away from the customers
