This stunning Sedona estate is perched on a 1.22-acre bluff in West Sedona, offering complete privacy, tranquility, and panoramic views of Standing Eagle Rock (Coffee Pot Rock), Capital Butte, Keyhole, and Cave. Enjoy serene mornings, colorful sunsets, and easy access to hiking trails right from your neighborhood—nature is truly at your doorstep.
This spacious, single-level home features 3,600 square feet of beautifully designed living space, four bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.
Step through the front door and into the expansive great room, where vaulted ceilings, hickory hardwood floors, and walls of windows invite natural light and stunning red rock vistas into every corner.
Living Room
Modern furnishings surround a cozy gas fireplace and Smart TV, while multiple seating areas near floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide perfect spots to soak in the incredible views.
Kitchen
A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances by Thermador, Bosch, Fratzz Italia, and Edgestar awaits your inner chef. Enjoy an oversized refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, two ovens (one gas, one electric), and a large center island with seating for four. There's also a bistro-style high-top table and a wine bar with a specialized fridge. A second full-size refrigerator is available in the garage for large groups or special events.
Dining Area
The main dining table seats eight and is surrounded by scenic views. Large sliding glass doors open to the patio, where outdoor dining furniture allows you to enjoy Sedona's beauty with every meal.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Primary Bedroom – King bed, 55” Smart TV, DVD player, desk area, and two large walk-in closets. The spa-like ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a deep soaking tub with a view, and an oversized shower with four showerheads.
Bedroom 2 – Two queen beds, 55” Smart TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom access with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 – Two queen beds, 55” Smart TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom access.
Bedroom 4 – Queen bed and two twin beds, 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and beautiful views.
Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy a paver patio with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and BBQ grill. The wraparound deck offers peaceful lounging with panoramic views. The private pool and hot tub are perfect for soaking, swimming, or stargazing.
Pool
The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for $150 per day (April–September only). Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. Pool depth ranges from 3–6 feet. Please note that outdoor temperatures may impact water temperature during colder months.
