The home spans two levels, combining classic charm with contemporary elegance. The main house and separate guest house together accommodate up to 16 guests across six beautifully curated bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with 5100 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. Ideal for groups and families, the home features multiple gathering areas—including two full living rooms, a dedicated speakeasy-style poker room, a wellness lounge, and an upper-level kitchen with both casual and formal dining. The atmosphere is serene yet invigorating, balancing comfort with striking architectural detail and high-end amenities such as outdoor lounges, fire-pit seating, a putting green, cornhole, and festival-style entertaining decks.

The upper-level living room exudes warmth with exposed beams, a large sectional sofa, smart TV (Sedona topography recommended), and direct access to a dining area that seats eight. Natural light fills the room, enhancing the blend of stone, leather, and wood textures alongside curated wall art, mountain views, and lush front-yard greenery. A karaoke machine sits to the right of the fireplace for additional entertainment.
