Luxe Huge Villa & Private Tavern (NEW!)

Great home with excellent amenities and plenty of space and was clean!! Amazing view from dining room! The only item worth noting is the basement layout. To reach the basement stairs, you pass through a primary bedroom, and once downstairs, rooms/bedrooms are accessed through another bedroom. Guests who value privacy may want to keep this in mind when planning sleeping arrangements. The layout worked out for our family! We absolutely loved the long dining room table where we gathered to eat and play games. Our goal was to be together as a family, and the house made it possible to all gather. The porch off the kitchen was the perfect place to drink coffee and get our day started. Everyone loved relaxing in the hot tub. The house was well stocked with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags! The coffee lovers were pleased with available selections. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The host Michael was amazing in his communications. We wouldn’t think twice renting this house again.

We stayed at this property for a family wedding, and it was spectacular. The property was exactly as described, was clean, had all the amenities and then some, and was beautiful. The only downside was that the home sleeps 20, but there is not adequate parking for that many. This is not the fault of the property owner, but street parking is prohibited (or so the neighbors said). We had a lot of stuff to transport for the wedding, so we had seven vehicles for ten people. It was extremely tricky to squeeze them all into the driveway. Honestly, that was a minor inconvenience. The host was a great communicator, and our stay was a pleasure. Thank you!

Great space for our Sedona bachelor party. Clean home with endless activities. Michael was great in providing on the details needed for our stay

Our large group of 13 had a great stay at this house in Sedona! Location is very central and close to most hiking trails we did! The layout is a bit interesting, but we appreciated all options. The house was well equipped with cookware, trash bags, beach towels, and etc. Michael is also a very communicative host and we had no issues checking in / out. Would stay here again!
