About this house rental
Roca Vista is a luxurious 5,885 sq ft Tuscan-style villa. This five-bedroom home sits perched on
a hillside in the heart of Sedona, where it provides spectacular panoramic red rock views from
nearly every room. Outdoors you’ll find a heated saltwater pool, spillover spa and 6-person
barrel sauna, along with 2,500+ sq ft of flagstone decks and covered patios, for a total living
space (inside and out) of over 8,500 sq ft. And while the home is near shopping, restaurants,
hiking trails and more, it’s located on a quiet street with no through-traffic.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Pool heating is included for no additional charge from March - September. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $100/day between October - February. (3 Night minimum is required)
Internet Access: Starlink (satellite) high speed Wi-Fi – Mesh network throughout the house with up to 150 MB download speed
Streaming Available on All TVs: Netflix, Hulu + Live TV (over 70+ channels), Disney+, ESPN+ (no cable)
Charging Station – there is a Level 2 EV charging station in the garage

When you enter the front door you look through the house to a stunning view of the mountains. And the house only gets better. The decor is high end southwestern and quality. The house is as advertised, plenty of space & seating areas for our family of 8 people. The house has an eastern exposure so we were able to eat outdoors comfortably or gather for after dinner relaxation outside on the upper balcony. The kitchen is very organized and well appointed. The ping pong table, billiard table, air hockey table and outdoor corn hole got use from our crew also. Clara, our host, was very helpful in making our plans and answering our questions & concerns responding promptly. I highly recommend this house.

À stunning home with the most spectacular views of the red rock formations surrounding Sedona. It has plenty of room for large family get-togethers and lots of fun activities to enjoy, including pool, ping-pong, and air hockey. There is a huge family room with large screen TV, as well as an inviting lap pool and attached hot tub.Very convenient to downtown Sedona and hiking trails. We highly recommend this lovely home.

We had a wonderful vacation week in Sedona and this beautiful home in a great location was everything we hoped for and more. The home is beautiful, extremely clean, very well appointed, has plenty of inside and outside space.... and the views are fantastic. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day. Our host, Clara, was excellent. She communicated well, always in a timely manner, and was pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool table was fun. This exceptional home was a great base for our Sedona area vacation, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. One minor suggestion would be for this home's VRBO page to provide more explanation and pictures of bathroom bedroom matchups.
