Excellent location, clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and great sleeper sofa. Balcony with ocean view to the side was enjoyable. Huge master bathroom.
A small inconvenience was remedied quickly and pleasantly.

Slow response from property manager, we waited and waited in a local park for instructions to enter property. Finally snuck in behind another car at gate where we had to ask someone how to get info. She directed us to the local office of property manager. We got into condo and then heard from property manager with emailed directions and a phone call apologizing. Not fun when tired from travel. Not great customer service. We compensate our customers at our business with something when service failure occurs. We made reservations hours before arrival...should have been better.
