We’re located bayside in the heart of uptown, in a comfortable family-friendly neighborhood, near some of OC’s best dining and shopping and 94th St. Beach access!

Fire extinguisher's are in the kitchen and outside the front door. There are also motion sensors and temperature sensors on each level that automatically adjust the HVAC in the home.

We had such a great time at our girls' weekend! The condo was perfectly located -- far enough out of town to be away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily get to some great eateries! Check-in was as smooth as glass . . . the host responded quickly when I had a question, assuring our stay was all that we wanted it to be.The condo was gorgeous and spotless, beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. The beach chairs that were there for our use were high quality, which seldom happens.Highly recommend!

Loved this bayside rental! We came to town for the weekend for Oceans Calling with our two kids and friends and their two kids. The room set up was ideal, we loved the location, the house amenities exceeded expectations. Hosts were super accommodating - would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly as expected! The host was so helpful and responsive. The home was clean and very well taken care of. The location was perfect for what we were looking for as a family traveling with younger kids. There is a park in the area and the location was quiet for being down the shore. Would stay here again and recommend.

My family stayed in this townhome for a week in July. It was a clean and comfortable space for my family of 6 to stay. The location is great- it’s a short walk to the beach, a park near by for little kids, and close to both grocery stores and restaurants. We would have planned a return trip back until we got home and received a large invoice for alleged damage to the property. As a word of advice I word report anything that seems off to you. Upon our arrival in the unit there was a strong musty odor but I had noticed that the humidifier was full and not working. I emptied the humidifier and carried on, the odor wasn’t a make or break issue for us. Clearly there are moisture issue being so close to the water (there was also some mold growing on a bathroom wall decor) but I didn’t bring the issue to the attention of the homeowner because I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. In hindsight it was a big mistake because we were accused of urinating on the carpet which was “verified by the housekeeper”. We were also accused of leaving beer cans throughout the unit, garbages full of dirty diapers, and breaking a box spring of a bed. While I’m sure I forgot to empty a bathroom garbage and probably left behind a canned seltzer water while I was packing up my family to leave the accusations were just completely unfounded and seemed like a scam to just get extra money in charges out of us. I called VRBO and the charges were dropped and I’m not responsible to pay them.
