Our family had a fantastic time in Gatlinburg! The Baskin’s Creek Condos are conveniently located; a short walk gets you right in the action on Parkway. The condo is nicely decorated, and the 2 bedrooms allowed our family of four to have some separation…definitely needed after a 10 hour car ride! So easy to reach the Anakeesta transportation, and a bonus that the red trolley line has a stop across the street!

We have stayed at this property multiple times when our timeshare is unavailable. This location and many locations within the Gatlinburg location need some MAJOR TLC. (Including ours-had major updates prior and after fire)
Checkin and location here are great. We always go up there to hike to Le Conte up and back in a day. Was hoping that after we got back, ate and showered we could get in the hot tub to soak our aches. Hot tub was closed. Actual unit we stayed in was in need of some love. Cleaning and updating.
Had no communication with property manager. So still rated that a 5 bc front desk and people we saw were friendly and always are.
