With Fall upon us, we took the grands to Gatlinburg to see the beautiful fall colors and spend a couple of days in the Smokies. We had never stayed at Baskins Creek before but we will definitely be back. Everything was clean and in great working order. The property was in a great location and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodations in Gatlinburg.

We loved it here, close to town but rooms were very quiet and clean.

My family of 6 stayed in 401 for 6 days. It was a great location and we had plenty of room. We did have a few issues during our stay. All 3 tvs would not work, there was no volume, it took HOURS for it to start working. Maintenance came to fix it but it still took a long time to get them working. Both toilets were broken the first day and were fixed the next day. The first bedroom was very hot at night with no air flow while the master bedroom would be freezing. Couch and loveseat need to be replaced they are falling apart. The piping in all the cushions is sticking out and will stab you if you’re not careful. Kitchen was nice, we did need scissors and a peeler which were not available. The pool, hot tub and location were very nice. We were gone most of everyday so the issues we had were manageable. We may stay at baskins creek in the future , but not 401.
