Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The views were amazing. The location is close to many wonderful places to eat and close to the boardwalk. Everything you can need is somewhat in walking distance. The overall place was in a quiet location, full of other friendly guest, and overall very welcoming I can not wait to book my next year and future year stays here.

This place had good space, nice furnishings and appliances. The view of the bay is amazing and the location is great - can walk to the Ocean and also close to tons of restaurants and activities. The shortcomings were that the unit was not cleaned very well - linens were changed and towels provided but the floors and rugs were full of dirt and sand; the kitchen sink had food reminents left in it; the counters were not wiped very well. We spent close to an hour wiping surfaces and sweeping when we moved in and put the throw rugs in the washer. Also we did not receive the pool key at check in - called Vacasa and were promised a call back same day and never heard anything. Sent a message online and nothing- finally visited the Vacasa office two days later and finally got the pool key. This rental could have been 5 stars with a few improvements.
