Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here for a girl’s trip and absolutely loved it. It was clean and spacious for 6 people. We loved how the connected to all of the rooms and the view of the bay is gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome view/balcony and room was very lovely, had a great time! Only thing to mention, not a complaint whatsoever, is the furniture is slightly too big for the room so it’s a little tight but everything was fresh and clean 10/10!

The condo is in a great location, very quiet and great views of the bay. Unfortunately the condo was not very clean when we got there, and the cleaning service ended up having them come back to clean, which was slightly better but not really. It does need maintenance as the master bedroom door and bathroom door don’t close properly. We went through Vacasa and the communication was okay. The one thing that this listing should indicate is if there are sheets and linens. I had contacted Vacasa and they couldn’t confirm. So we ended up bringing our own to find out everything was provided.
