The unit is equipped with 2 Smart Streaming TVs and FREE WiFi for your entertainment. With a maximum occupancy of 6, including children, this property ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Parking is stress-free with one dedicated space and additional street parking. Please note a $200 fee for any lost elevator key. This condo seamlessly combines convenience and luxury, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable Ocean City vacation. We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!

Great stay at OC, our unit did its job and we really enjoyed it. Property Managers were attentive and patient. Outside of some issues with the door and remotes, we would 100% plan to stay there again.

This was a beautiful property to stay at for the week with my family and I. It was super clean and the property manager was super friendly and was very easy to contact if we had any questions. Plus its a great location very close to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived on Monday afternoon and were in and out. On Tuesday I reached out to the host directly and informed them of the poor cleanliness of the condo. It’s almost as if someone just did a quick wipe down and left. So much sand on the floors, collected dust and a musty dirty smell. I have toddlers and my son dropped his cup under the couch which underneath had a ton more dirt/ other unknown items and food. Everytime someone looked under a bed or behind a couch you never knew what was to be found. The door is annoying to work( yes we figured it out) and by the end of the week it wasn’t even working correctly. The sink also took some rigging to use. The pics on Vrbo must be the original pics of the place because this condo has taken a beat down. The host told me they would send someone over to address these areas however no one ever came, no one ever checked back in with us and honestly we were staying 5 days so I wasn’t spending my whole vacation miserable and chasing down someone that should have done their job right the first time.
