This three-bedroom, two-bath condo is wonderfully decorated, bright, and spacious enough for everyone! The suite is just steps from the private walking path and just two blocks from the interactive fountains. Quiet and secluded, this is a Sunset Island experience you'll want to come back to time and time again. The home is very well furnished right down to its private balcony. The large kitchen and dining area are a great convenience while on vacation. There is storage for beach equipment, cable, free WiFi, and private parking for up to two vehicles. This wonderful home combined with all the classic amenities of Sunset Island make this a can't miss vacation experience.
This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are ideal for a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property was perfect for our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 teens). The unit was clean and had all we needed. And the view of the bay was perfect. We saw fireworks 3 times during our stay from our porch. Hoping to go back to Sunset Island again sometime soon.

We live this condo. It was perfect for our family. The upstairs neighbors did not abide by the 10pm quiet rule but no big deal as we had teenagers. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. Seemed like they just made the beds and left the bag of supplies. Dirty sinks, toilets and showers.

We have stayed in Sunset Island at various locations for about 17 years and we love it. 6 Hidden Cove is a lovely condo with a great view of the bay. It has all the amenities you would ever need, especially the pantry area, which we have found to be locked (to renters) in other condos. I really appreciated being about to watch my Orioles while on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay.
