Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is very clean condo, 3 bedrooms 3 baths is so accommodating and the kitchen is well stocked. The view was awesome, beach clean and well kept, pool was nice as well when you needed a break from the ocean especially with small children. I would definitely book again.

Everything about our stay was amazing. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us, clean, had everything we needed and the view was AMAZING! we are breakfast on the outdoor balcony every morning while we watched dolphins swim. It was very quiet and peaceful. We will be staying here every time now.

We were in town for a cheer competition at The Wharf. The location was great. The views were amazing. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to acces everything.

We were constantly harassed by the security on everything! Our 10 year old could not even sit in a chair by the hot tub while we were in it. Could not use more than one cart even though there were 4 unused. Security made comment “I’ll be watching your kids”
My daughter forgot arm band in hot tub security came out she apologized and called me to bring it down. Before I could get down the elevator he had come out 3 more times ! We were not the only people complaining about the borderline harassment. Also the unit needed cleaning and we hadn1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person so we did laundry every day.
