Romar Place is a multi-faceted resort destination featuring a sparkling Gulf-front pool (along with a heated indoor pool) and an expansive beach front accessible by a boardwalk. As you peruse this beautiful complex, you may think you'll stay outdoors for your entire vacation.
But once inside your the condominium, you'll appreciate your quiet large patio space that boasts one of the most beautiful Gulf views in Orange Beach. See the sun rise as you sip your morning cup of tea or coffee or finally dive into that book you just haven't had time to read. Your patio is also a great place to watch loved ones enjoy the pool, build sandcastles and frolic in the Gulf waters. Your private patio, accessible from the light-infused living room and serene Gulf-front master bedroom, is also a great place to extend your group's dining space.
Your patio is fronted by a manicured lawn area and the beautiful outdoor pool that's just steps away.
Take a break from the sun at the amply sized indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Nearby, a barbecue pit area featuring multiple stainless steel grills and concrete picnic tables will entice you to dine outdoors.

This rental is located on floor 1. New smart TVs in all three bedrooms & den. Kitchen and bathrooms completely updated (12/2022). Master bath has a new large walk in shower.
Parking Notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site, with a limit of 2 vehicles maximum (If more are needed, you will need to reserve off site). Attendants accept CASH only. After hours, if there is no attendant, Guests MUST Sign-In & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. Currently cost is $36 per vehicle. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Took my grown children and grandsons to Orange Beach for vacation. The location of the condo is perfect, close to everything that you need.The condo kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was outlets in the bathrooms not working. We reported it, but issue was not resolved during our stay. This ground floor condo location was perfect. We loved being close to the pool and beach access. It made hours of water play easy and enjoyable for everyone! Generous patio furniture was perfect. Would recommend this condo and would stay again!

We had a great experience at this condo. It was perfect for little children. Unit was good and great sitting space for meals!

The location and property are superb, but this unit had some downfalls. Communication was difficult with property owner, as requests for pillow cases were never fulfilled throughout the stay. There were not enough cases for the pillows that were provided for the sleeper sofa, nor in the bedroom closets. There was mold present on one bedroom AC vent, already addressed this with owner.
Usual response time was delayed throughout booking process, making planning difficult.
