Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills by the pool, on-site fitness room, and on-site security as well!
When you arrive:
All guests must sign-in with the front office to obtain parking passes and up to 8 bracelets (max occupancy); one for each member of your party that must be worn while on the property.
Parking notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site for up to 2 vehicles. Attendants accept CARDS ONLY. After hours, if there is no attendant, Guests must sign-in & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Passes are controlled and rates determined by the COA and are subject to change at any time (currently $50 per vehicle for your entire stay). No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

We could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay for our vacation. We took out 2 older kids with us and we all had a wonderful time. The condo was so cozy and perfect for us. The beach was beautiful. The location was perfect for food and close to many fun activities. We would stay again.

Generational family trip. We had a great time. Location was perfect with all the amenities we needed. Grandparents enjoyed master bedroom suite, early morning walks on the beach, and the balcony views. Kids enjoyed convenience of beach access with outdoor shower and water for cleaning up. Grandkids (age 3-7) loved it all. Bunk room perfect for grandkids. The pool was a hit too because it is in the shade for afternoon swims and break from the sun. Very family friendly atmosphere. Never felt overcrowded at condo even over holiday weekend. Everything was exactly as stated and seen in the pictures. Brett was great to answer all my questions in a timely manner prior to the trip. We encountered no problems while we were there. Thank you.

We love Romar Place for its location and family atmosphere. Unit 804 was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children - great ocean view, pool, and sleeping accommodations. The new owner was very friendly, and he put effort into making sure our visit ran smoothly. I highly recommend.
