Lovely Rental Unit Across from Golf Course

We enjoyed our stay in Waynesville! The location is fantastic—very convenient to both the charming downtown area and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The home is nicely decorated, the bed and futon are comfortable, and the self check-in process was seamless. It’s a solid value for the area.One thing for future guests to note is that the soundproofing between floors is quite thin; we could hear most movements from the upstairs neighbors, which was a bit tough during the after 9 PM quiet hours. A few more drinking glasses in the kitchen would also be helpful, but certainly not a big deal. Overall, a lovely and well-located spot for exploring Western NC!

I loved the location overlooking the golf course, within walking distance to Folkmoot, downtown Hazelwood, and a few minutes' drive to downtown Waynesville. Easy and clear check-in & out instructions, easy host communication, clean and well stocked with items for daily living. Perfect for me and my dog.

What a lovely place this is! I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The area is beautiful. The hosts were so kind and helpful, quickly answering my questions. It was super clean and comfortable. A special touch was the filtered water in the fridge that tasted as great as my reverse osmosis water at home. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was very cozy and clean however the first time the bathroom was used it clogged and started to overflow until my husband turned off the water. We called and the owner came out immediately to fix. Our first night there one of the long term tenants called the owner to complain they heard a loud crash in the apartment and the owner should check it out. Second night the same tenant complained that we were smoking in the apartment of which neither myself or my husband smokes. So due to the noisy neighbor we will not come back to this location.
