The home was so well decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly want! Great location for beach and town and bus. Spacious and very private. We loved it!

Let's start with WOW. If you want a beautifully appointed condo, everything you need is there. We take annual trips to PV, and this was our fourth time staying in this building. Blake's unit is, by far, the best. We had all we needed to cook, relax, swim in the ocean, lounge, and easily head into town.
The views are expansive, you can see the entire Banderas Bay, which is a true treat, and on this trip, we saw the whales right off our balcony.
It's also important to note that in all the condos we have stayed at, this was the first that partnered with PVRPV property managers. Awesome experience, completely supported the entire 11 days. This alone made our trip more relaxing.
The location is amazing, the condo is fantastic and if you like crashing waves and to feel like you are on top of the ocean, this place will not disappoint. We will be back.

Everything about this VRBO was fantastic, communication with Blake and the property management team. Pablo picked up and stocked all the groceries and communicated very well, it cost a few bucks, but so worth it, not having to deal with that chore. The unit is rustic Spanish, and unit had everything we needed, except, we could not find a cheese grater or a strainer for rinsing, no big deal. The laundry room was close to the unit, so we came home with clean clothes. The verandas of the unit open up and you have a lot of room to hang out and enjoy the 180 degree view! The pool area is neat and clean, and easy stroll to the Best Beach in PV. This place is very special you will not find a spot like this. We have already booked for next year!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this immaculate ocean front condo with tons of Mexican charm and modern convenience. Nothing short of spectacular describes the view, the lovely terrace and the quiet beach. The walk to Zone Romantica along the beach is a must as well as to Lindo Mar to the south. The convenience of Uber fares of about Peso 100 to just about everywhere for cocktails and food is perfect. We cooked a few meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and dined just feet from the ocean on the terrace. The host: extremely helpful and super friendly, just like the vibe here. We hope to return!
