Sayan Beach, a luxurious smoke-free building on the ocean’s edge in the heart of the Romantic Zone, just steps away (or a short cab ride) from one of the most beautiful and popular beaches, a number of restaurants, lounges and bars in old town, Puerto Vallarta.
This corner unit can accommodate 6 adult guests and offers many luxury features including amazing views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The unit is professionally decorated and includes cozy king size beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room/dining room, in-suite washer/dryer, smart TV’s in both the living room and master bedroom, and wireless high-speed fiber internet throughout. The outdoor terrace is equipped with dining and sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening meal or ending the night with cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, garburator, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter-tops, and contains everything you need to fix any sort of meal. The building also offers a water purification system which means you can use the icemaker in the refrigerator.
The building features 24 hour security. It has secure parking including entry intercom, security cameras and controlled access with 24 hour staff. The building also offers large infinity pools, a restaurant/bar, and a fully equipped gym. The rooftop includes an infinity pool, covered lounge area, and offers stunning 360 deg. views of the ocean, old town Puerto Vallarta, and the surrounding mountains. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying an evening drink and appetizer from the bar at sunset while gazing at the amazing views.

This was by far the best VRBO I have had the privilege of renting. The condo, pools, property, & beach were beyond reproach. The staff were kind, friendly & helpful. Everything from the in -person welcome to the checkout was efficient and without mishap. I highly recommend this spectacular home and hope to return for our next family vacation.

This is the best property in Puerto Vallarta. The hosts are incredible, the condo is stunning, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is absolutely beautiful! This is our 5th year coming here. It’s the best!

The condo and complex are beautiful. The people involved from the host to people on site were so accommodating and helpful. The location was an easy walk to downtown Zona Romantica and yet nestled in a calm cove. I wish I was still there.

Great location with amazing views. 5 minutes from town and the action, but in a super quiet location. Would stay here again. Great restaurants and the deck on this unit is a great place for cribbage and relaxing.
