About this house rental
Fun and relaxation is easy at this lovely little beach home. It is just across the street from the powdery sand and emerald waters off the Gulf Coast, steps from the lagoon and right next to the pool. This refreshed home with comfy beds awaits you! The two decks with partial views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf are equipped with new Polywood furniture, so there's plenty of lovely outdoor space to take in the ocean breeze while enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail.
Bedrooms:
One KING bedroom
One QUEEN bedroom with TWIN bunks
Each bedroom has their own 45 inch smart TV for viewing after a day of adventure!
5 Adults max as upper bunk is limited to 100lbs
Living room:
Equipped with new comfy furniture and a 55 inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a long day on the beach.
Kitchen & Dining:
Our fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your breakfast and beach snacks before starting your day. We have all your basic needs for your daily meals. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and we have two additional stools.
Decks:
Dine alfresco on either deck. The main deck is furnished with Polywood furniture for 6. The second balcony with seating for two is on the opposite side of the home.
Outdoors & Amenities:
POOL CLOSED October-March
Little Lagoon is just steps from the home with lots to explore.
The beach is just a short stroll across the street.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Assigned parking for a maximum of two cars is available in the carport. RVs, boats, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are NOT permitted on-site.
The entry to this unit is on the second floor, accessed via one flight of exterior stairs. Contactless checkin-in with coded lock.
Reasons to love Gulf Shores…
1) Our lagoon-side condo is the perfect quiet location. You can walk across the street through an open lot for direct beach access or stay on property to enjoy the lagoon.
2) Close to The Hangout! And a variety of entertainment, restaurants, and dining options are just 3.5 miles away in downtown Gulf Shores.
3) We have plenty of adventure around: Parasailing, fishing, boating, biking, mini-golf, or find fun for the whole family at Adventure Island amusement park. You can also rent bicycles at Beach Bike Rentals and explore the Hugh Branyon nature trail through Gulf State Park.
The home is all yours. I am not on site, but many of our neighbors live there full time, so please be respectful of quiet hours (10pm-8am). You can reach out to me via the app or text anytime!
We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit secured before check-in instructions will be sent.
**There is a 4% cancellation fee, even if you cancel within the cancellation period.**

Enjoyed our home away from home for a week's worth of quality fun. This is the perfect Condo and location for a couple's getaway. They have everything and it is in excellent shape. Bring your own glass "wine glass"
