The condo comes with an initial supply (one roll) of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests will need to purchase additional supplies for their stay.

★★ IMPORTANT: Kindly be aware that the minimum age for renting the unit is 25, and no exceptions will be granted. Valid government-issued photo ID required. The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, and at least one guest aged 25 or older must be present for the duration of the stay.
★★ IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION ★★ We provide ONE free reserved parking space in the covered garage for your convenience, along with ONE ADDITIONAL free spot available on a first-come-first-serve basis in the overflow parking lot across the street. If you have more than two vehicles or if there is no availability in the overflow lot, there is a public parking lot available at $12 per day, located in front of the building across the street, right next to the overflow parking lot. ★★Please note that our reserved spot is compact, making it challenging for extra-large SUVs or trucks to navigate; they may need to use the overflow lot. A Large 7 seats SUV fits fine.

The Condo was exceptional. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. The balcony was the largest we've ever seen, with plenty of seats for everyone. The grandkids enjoyed the beach and pool, while the adults relaxed and enjoyed the experience. We'll definitely be coming back again!

Everything about our stay/property was perfect!!! We side-eyed someone unloading a stick vacuum, but it’s definitely going on our packing list next time!!! We had ZERO issues and John B was an awesome manager!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

We loved every minute of our stay. We hnext year ave rented houses for our family for 15 years. Most of the times Many times I could not give them a good review, I could never express how wonderful everything about this condo was . It was a great location. The host was helpful and very nice. We definely will be back

Shared 4 Bed 4 Bath with 4 couples. Great location and well equipped for eating meals together. Parking is very tight, so avoid bringing a large truck/SUV unless you are willing to pay for City parking each day. Owner was helpful when we had questions about access and amenities.
