Relatively old but maintained family house with two large living rooms, one of which is very bright, opening onto a terrace to the south, 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 7 /8 people, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, 3wc. Garden of 500 square meters enclosed by walls. 2 minutes from the beach of l'Islet, quiet area. Walks: this house is also well located to reach the tourist resorts of the Emerald Coast and also Saint Malo and Dinan and Cap Fréhel nearby Walks GR coastal paths; Golf and water activities in season.
Small sea view from the first floor allowing you to see if the sea is high or low. On the first floor, a large living/dining room with electric coffee makers and a large very bright living room (flat screen TV, Wi-Fi connection). The separate kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster).

Summer period: from July 1 to August 31, 2024, the booking conditions are different from the rest of the year. Rentals are made by the week, from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
When the rentals do not follow one another, the arrival and departure times are relaxed.
