About this house rental
The Château Guesthouse is located in Saint-Samson in the Pays d'Auge, in the heart of a thoroughbred horse breeding farm. It is 16 km from Cabourg and 20 km from the Caen train station; easily accessible via the A13 highway.
We have completely redesigned the property to combine authentic charm with modern comforts.
The Château Guesthouse features 3 bedrooms with views of the stud farm.
2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room, and a private bathroom.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
A small living room with a sofa bed
A living room
A large kitchen open to the dining room, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine, and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need
A laundry room with a washer and dryer
A terrace with a garden table, a lounge chair, and a barbecue, set in a garden featuring century-old trees and a view of the stud farm’s fields.
You’ll also have access to a billiards room, a ping-pong table, and a hot tub on your terrace, as well as a pétanque court

Lots of work done to this property by the current owners....still a few finishing bits to do but overall everything you need, easy to find and fairly central for the area places of interest. Only negative Internet only available in 1 room and not available on smart tv. Signal too poor to cope with 4 devices.

Lovely, helpful host and modern updated chateau surrounded by green hills and horses. Still in the process of getting a few final touches completed, so bring along any personal items you might need. The stairs would be a bit for anyone with mobility issues, as all bedrooms are upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen and excellent washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Got a wonderful night’s sleep every night and enjoyed all the bright open space and giant bathtub. Very close to town with anything you need and not far from the motorway. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay and the countryside. Would certainly stay again.
