About this house rental

Welcome to Aveyron! At the crossroads of the region's most beautiful areas, this charming house will be the ideal base for your getaway. Comfortably accommodating 9 travellers, this unoverlooked country house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large, bright living room with kitchen. You can also take advantage of the large enclosed garden (1350m²) and the 36m² terrace from which you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the countryside. Bed linen and towels are provided, so all you have to do is pack your bags! We look forward to seeing you soon!

The accommodation
With a surface area of 150 m², the house is as follows:

Day area:
- Living room fitted with a sitting area with flat-screen TV, corner sofa and armchair, as well as a dining area with a large dining table for 10 to 12 guests.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, stand-up tray, etc.
- Utility room with washing machine.
- WC.

Sleeping area (1st and 2nd floor) :
- Bedroom 1 ‘L'Aubrac’: queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, dressing room and desk.
- Bedroom 2 ‘Le Larzac’: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3 ‘Le Lévézou’: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC.
- Bedroom 4 ‘Le Dortoir’: 3 single beds and 2 wardrobes.
- Bathroom with corner bath and WC.

Outside area:
- Terrace of 36 m² facing south/east and furnished with a high dining table for 8 to 10 guests, as well as garden furniture. The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast with family or friends, with its uninterrupted view over the surrounding countryside!
- Enclosed garden of 1350m² with garden furniture: table tennis table, football pitches.

Near to the house
The house is located on the outskirts of a village. The village centre is 200 m away, where you will find a grocery shop, a bakery, a patisserie, a microbrewery and a post office. You'll also be 5 minutes from Bozouls or Laissac, where you'll find all the amenities, 15 minutes from Espalion and 30 minutes from the Soulage museum in Rodez, with its historic town centre.

Activities
The house is located at the crossroads of the most beautiful areas of the region:
- To the north, 15 minutes away: PARC NATUREL DE L'AUBRAC overlooking the Lot valley, home to some of France's most beautiful villages (Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, Estaing, Conques...).
- To the east, you can discover the beginning of the Gorges du Tarn.
- To the west, the Bozouls canyon, the Grands Causses and Rodez are just 5 minutes away.
- To the south, in the Lévézou mountains, you'll find a wide range of lakes and water sports.
Come and discover one of France's most varied regions, offering a wide range of outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, running, etc.).

Transport
- There are 4 parking spaces (1 in a garage, 3 in the courtyard).
- An electric terminal will be available free of charge to passengers from 11pm to 7am. This will be pre-programmed. A charge may be made if a connection is made outside these times.
- Rodez SNCF station and airport approximately 30 minutes away.

- Bed linen and towels provided.
- The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.
