Semi-detached bigourdane street house on 2 floors.
On the first floor, the living room with two sofas to enjoy its warm fireplace. The dining room with its large table has a "vintage" corner (record and vinyl players), the equipped kitchen, the bright veranda, (ideal for breakfasts and games), which opens onto the small garden and the terrace (garden table and chairs, barbecue, pergola), unobstructed view of the mountain.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom and individual toilet. Each room is equipped with duvets, pillows, bolsters and televisions.
Relaxation, comfortable nights and a relaxing environment.
The 150 M2 full of nooks and crannies and surprises make it an atypical house.
Ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
Ideally located for hiking departures in summer. In winter, close to snow sports: 10 minutes from the Payolle lake, (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, toboggan run, dog sledding), 20 minutes from the ski slopes of La Mongie Grand Tourmalet, relaxation at the thermal leisure center of Bagnères de Bigorre 10 minutes away. Proximity to the Col d'Aspin, the Tourmalet, the Lesponne valley with the blue lake.

Agréable feu de cheminée salon séparé de la salle de vie
Gros plus chaque chambre à sa douche et son WC maison très bien équipée en vaisselle et appareils ménagés super déco pour chambre faite avec goût

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous avons profité de l'agréable salon avec sa cheminée.
