It is south-facing and is located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 12 steps). It has independent access and a beautiful balcony. It features a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV (TNT + Satellite), internet access, 2 pull-out sofa beds, an open-plan kitchen, a separate bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Wi-Fi is included and bed linen is provided. Public parking is available.
€1,200 security deposit required by credit card imprint - NO PETS - NO SMOKING
Please note tourist tax is extra, according to the current Menton Municipality rates.
Just 10 minutes from Garavan train station, you can quickly travel to Monaco, Italy, and the entire region. Public parking is available near the apartment.
