Welcome to the Villa d'Ici et d'Ailleurs!
Spacious property of 140 m² with garden, located in the beach area - Villeroy a Sète, it is 400m from the beach and offers all the necessary comfort to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
A little tour of the owner:
Once through the electric gate, the outdoor environment of the Villa d'Ici et d'Ailleurs will seduce you with its vegetation offering shade as well as the possibility of parking a car inside.
The garden, surrounding the house, has a sheltered dining table for 6 people, a gas plancha and an outdoor lounge for 4 people.
After passing through the front door, you will appreciate the brightness of the Villa d'Ici et d'Ailleurs, its elegant and contemporary decoration as well as its freshness thanks to the air conditioning present in all rooms.
On the first floor, you will first find a spacious and bright living room with a sofa for three people, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, an armchair and a beanbag for two people.
The kitchen area consists of a dining room with a dining table for 6 people as well as a kitchen equipped with all the necessary comforts to cook delicious meals: induction hob, oven, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher... A kitchen island equipped with four chairs will allow you to snack while waiting for the meal to be ready.
Behind the kitchen, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Toilets are also present on the first floor.
Finally, you will find a first bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, two bedside tables, storage space and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
Upstairs, after climbing the stairs, a corridor provides access to the various rooms.
You will find a bright first bedroom equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables, wall lamps and storage space.
A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps and storage space.
A third bedroom, which can be used as a playroom for children, has a single bed, a large sofa for three people, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV, as well as a Playstation with games and controllers.
You will also find a beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and a double sink, as well as a toilet.
Finally, a terrace equipped with deckchairs is accessible on the first floor and will offer you tasty moments of relaxation.

We truly enjoyed as a family two weeks of wonderful beach vacations. The house looks standard from the outside but is actually a true gem from the inside with state-of-the-art Equipment, everything very tastefully set up. We also loved that you could truly feel that this a true family place, where the owner family enjoys to spend relaxing days. The area is very calm with beautiful modern houses. The (very nice, clean, Fine Sand) Beach is less than 10min of a lovely walk away. The Beach is also great since there is no large parking there, so it feels like the private Beach of the neighboorhood - on some mornings during the week, there were extremely few people on the Beach. Sete itself has a nice medium town view with everything You Need and 30 Fish Restaurants (no joke) to choose from. You can also Walk there from the House on a gorgeous coast walk - walking Home after dinner in the Sunset were our highlights. In the Area, there is so much to See from Montpellier to Beziers and Nîmes - we loved our vacations and will definitely come back. A Special Short-out to the Concierge Helene, who (in the most pleasant and calm way) made sure that everything is perfectly planned and taken care of.

Modern house. All the necessities plus. Quiet neighborhood. Proximity to beach and number of restaurants. Easy travel to Montpellier, Barcelona and many smaller towns like Pezenas. Great stay!

Belle villa, bel emplacement tout proche de la mer, tout y est pour s'y sentir bien et passer un agréable séjour.
