This non-smoking apartment, approximately 65 square meters in size, is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and one child. The living room is very spacious and stylishly furnished, featuring a chic sofa area. The dining area and the high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette are also integrated into the living area. The beautiful, large, separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. A small fold-out guest bed (0.80 x 1.90 m) and a booster seat are available for children up to 12 years old. Both the bedroom and the living room can be darkened with roller shades. The beautiful, modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and offers a very spacious and stylish ambiance. You’re sure to feel right at home throughout the entire apartment. Additional amenities include an underground parking space (clearance height approx. 2.05 m), a bike storage area in the underground garage for guests’ bicycles, an elevator in the building, free Wi-Fi, and a sunny southwest-facing terrace. The beautiful sandy beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a vacation with your dog, as one small to medium-sized dog is permitted upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen can be easily booked for a fee. A second dog is possible upon request.
