In the Sardinian municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi, Villa Elegance Sabrina, furnished in a modern style, is located close to the beautiful dunes of Porto Pino and just a 7-minute walk from the sandy beach (500 m). The carefully designed villa offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fireplace, and satellite TV.
You can enjoy pleasant moments in the private garden and on the covered terrace, where you will find a dining area and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals together. The shared property features a beautiful pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing and cooling off surrounded by palm trees on summer days.
Thanks to the central location, a good selection of restaurants and cafés can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes (300 m), while a supermarket is 600 m away (7 minutes on foot). Porto Pino beach, famous for its white sand dunes, is only a 7-minute walk away, and many other beaches can be reached by car in 12-16 minutes.
Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee. For security reasons, cameras are present in the pool and parking areas of the residence. Due to limited internet coverage in the area, only basic use of the connection is possible, without video calls.
