Lovely apartment, 30 sq m, on the ground floor, with air conditioning and private veranda.
A cosy flat maintaining the original arches of the farmhouse, it can accommodate up to 3-4 people (2 adults + 2 children). It consists of 1 double bedroom, living room with kitchenette (fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle, Moka pot) and small double sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub fitted with shower head.
Facilities: Sat-TV, high speed Wi-Fi, hairdryer, telephone, fan. Pets accepted.
At just 4 km from Montepulciano, surrounded by the vineyards of Vino Nobile, this old farm estate has been tastefully renovated and now features 9 holiday apartments. Set in a large garden, a swimming pool with hydro-massage corner (15x9 m, up to 160 cm deep, open May 1-Oct 15) is at guests’ disposal, as well as a children’s playground, barbecue area and a small fitness room with view over the swimming pool and countryside.
Clients’ also have access to a spectacular wellness centre featuring a hot tub, in a room with large windows and view over the swimming pool and surrounding vineyards, a relaxation area, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish bath. On request possibility of Spa and herbal tea or various tastings packages.
Wi-Fi covers the whole property.
An ideal location both for a relaxing vacation, thanks to its tranquillity, and as point of departure for excursions on foot or by mountain bike and for visits to Tuscany’s beautiful art centres.
