Enjoy a wonderful vacation on Juist in a stunning 100 m² space—our family-friendly vacation rental “Quartier 7° Ost,” with its beautiful balcony, is sure to delight you!
The Juist vacation rental spans two floors, offering a very practical floor plan. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, a storage room, two closets, and a balcony. In the attic, you’ll find another separate bedroom with four bunk beds.
This exclusive vacation rental offers a high level of comfort in many ways—including free Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, and child-friendly amenities. Modern furnishings, light colors, and large windows give it a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Your very own beach chair is already waiting for you on the magnificent balcony! Reading a good book here in comfort or basking in the sun is pure relaxation. And the view will also let you experience unforgettable vacation moments: From the balcony, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the North Sea all the way to the East Frisian coast.
At “Quartier 7° Ost,” the living space becomes an oasis of well-being! A large sofa arrangement, underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, and wool blankets ensure plenty of coziness. You’ll also have access to a modern TV (with internet connectivity) and an internet radio.
Adjacent to the living area is an open-concept kitchen with a cooking island. Its convenient amenities (including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, and electric kettle) make it easy for you to prepare your own meals. A large dining table provides space for shared meals with the whole family.
The separate master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed and a walk-in closet. The separate bedroom in the attic features four bunk beds—which you can easily convert into double beds—as well as a freestanding wardrobe.
From the panoramic window in the attic, you have a direct view of Juist’s magnificent dune landscape and the harbor.
Two bathrooms ensure you have comfortable options to choose from. The large bathroom features a shower and bathtub; underfloor heating and a towel warmer provide additional comfort. The guest bathroom also has a shower.
For our younger guests, the “Quartier 7° Ost” vacation rental on Juist is equipped with a crib, high chair, children’s stool, step stool, and children’s cutlery. Books and games for all age groups, as well as a handcart, are also available.
You’re welcome to use the washer-dryer for your laundry (for a small fee).
Please understand that pets are not allowed in the vacation rental. Additionally, this is a non-smoking property.
A luggage cart will be available to you upon arrival at the harbor.

The beach and town center are within easy walking distance of “Haus Kiek in’t Watt.” A dune path begins right across from the house, leading you to the North Sea beach. In the charming town center, small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to take a leisurely vacation stroll.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der einzige Wehmutstropfen ist die Buchung über die Internetseite FeWo-direkt, denn außer der Buchungsgebühr (wo mir immer noch nicht klar ist, welche Leistung ich hierfür erhalten habe), hat die Vermietungsfirma WfV eine Bezahlung der Freienwohnung mit Kreditkarte abgelehnt und sich auch nicht dafür zuständig gefühlt, dies richtig zustellen (die Internetseite von FeWo-direkt erweckt den Eindruck, dass man die WG mit Kreditkarte bezahlen kann).
