About this apartment rental
Spacious Vacation Apartment in Haus Warmbad 3c
The spacious vacation apartment in Haus Warmbad 3c offers plenty of room—about 90 m²—for a relaxing vacation on Juist. This charming Frisian-style house is in an excellent location directly below the TöwerVital—just about 100 meters from the beach and only a few steps from the town center.
While the homeowners live on the first floor and first floor, guests have access to the spacious basement apartment with a separate entrance. Thanks to the property’s unique location among the dunes, plenty of natural light floods into the apartment. A special highlight is the large south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun well into the afternoon during the summer.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
The apartment has three bedrooms:

• Another bedroom is furnished with a loft bed and can accommodate two children.
• There is also a smaller shower room available, which can also be used as a guest restroom.

Important note regarding access
Due to the property’s location in the dunes, the vacation rental’s separate entrance is accessible via a fairly steep stone staircase. The stairs do not have a handrail.
For guests who have difficulty walking, are mobility-impaired, or are unsteady on their feet when climbing stairs, access may therefore be unsuitable. In this case, please contact us directly before booking—we’ll be happy to help you assess whether the on-site conditions are suitable for you.
