The Apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and a spacious living room with a seating area in front of the flat screen TV and a dining area to enjoy in a meal.The Apartment offers a great seaview through a typical Rovinj narrow street called canixella, which leads you right to the shore in the centre of Rovinj. The Apartment overlooks Rovinj's harbour and beachline and you have access to the sea shore in the center of the town as soon as you exit the Apartment.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartmentis an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation also offers a parking place free of charge, at about a 5-minutewalking distance from the Apartment, just outside the pedestrian zone. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Extremely lovely owners that helped us getting our luggage from the parking to the apartment and back after check-out. The location is amazing - you are at the sea in a minute and restaurants and cafés are also right there. The apartment is stocked up with everything you’d need, was clean and looks just like the pictures.

Literally *PERFECT*!!! We loved *EVERYTHING* about our stay at Otto Apartment. Gianni and Klara are some of the sweetest (and funniest) people we've ever met; they truly went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed AND MORE (WHICH WE DID)!!! Easy, private, gated parking close by (rare in Rovinj), an anniversary gift, a quick tour of their favorite nearby spots, great communication & conversation, gorgeous apartment steps from the harbor, charming view, close to everything (attractions, cafes, bakery, etc), cold AC, washer & drying rack, iron, cafes, fully-stocked kitchen, all the amenities as if you lived there (and more)! We *CAN'T WAIT* to visit Gianni, Klara, and Rovinj again!!!

Although the view of the sea was limited and the parking was a few blocks away, the owner was the best host providing whatever we required. The location provides perfect access to the marina promenade and local restaurants. Rovjin continues to be one of our favorite cities as we travel Croatia. The apartment is very comfortable and recently renovated. It was originally the home of the owner's grandmother.
