SAN PRUTI Holiday Houseis a 3star Holiday house.It is located in 5.5 kilometers from town centre and in 3kilometers from the nearest beach. Interior size is 55m2 and terraceis25m2. It is located on floor: 0. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

We lived in the apartment second time in a row. The amazing house with great location in the quite heart of Rovinj region (5 mins by car). There is everything what is needed in the house. Very warm welcome from owner. Lovely cats around. Highly recommended for family vacation.

We stayed one week and truly enjoyed each and every day in this accommodation. The host are very kind and make the necessary to make us feel welcome. The house is amazing cosy and well furnished with everything needed to spend a lovely time. We recommend and hope to come back next year.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage in den Olivenhainen, die herrliche Terrasse mit großem Grill und Pizzaofen und die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit der Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist sie sehr gut zu erreichen. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Rovinj und auch zur Erkundung von Istrien eignet sie sich hervorragend. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur Rovinj Advisor war sehr gut. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet
