KARLO 1 Two-Bedroom Apartment is a 3star Apartment. It is located in 10 minutes walking distance from town center and in 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 75 m2 and balcony is 11 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Parties/events are not allowed.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was comfortable, clean, in a very good location. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

The apartment was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with a big shower with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Having a washing machine was very handy, as well as a balcony with a large drying rack. The walk into the pedestrian area of town is only about 5 minutes. The hosts live on-site and were friendly but not intrusive. The secure, dedicated parking spot was also a big plus. I would highly recommend this apartment. Rovinj is a beautiful town and makes a great base for the Istrian peninsula.

The apartment is very spacious, well stocked, and clean. This was a very comfortable and well located place for us to base our stay in Rovinj. There was no reason to move a car once here, as there is secure parking, and it is an easy walk to old town and the beach. The best part about travel is meeting local people. The host is very nice, gracious, and helpful.

Everything was impeccable... A perfect welcome, a perfect accommodation. Nothing is missing to make your stay a very pleasant one.
The proximity to the city centre and the fact that you have private parking for your car is a considerable advantage.
