About this house rental
The house is located in the heart of a small, quiet village and just a few minutes from beautiful beaches.
It has recently been completely renovated, including the installation of a heat pump for heating and cooling, preserving the building’s architecture and the local style while incorporating modern construction materials, amenities, and contemporary design—making it a sustainable, comfortable, and functional home. The perfect place to work as if you were at home, yet away from it all.
Completely renovated with an emphasis on the comfort of its spaces and the functionality of its layout. All of this makes it a unique place where you’ll feel right at home, living among the locals and right next to a wide variety of beautiful beaches.
The home has 170 m² of living space spread over two floors. The upper floor, with just two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace, is the relaxation area. The rest of the rooms are located on the first floor.
Make yourself at home—all amenities are included: sheets, towels, dish towels, washing machine, dishwasher...
The entire house will be available to guests, featuring the following amenities:
-Swimming pool. Pool maintenance included.
-BBQ and lounge chairs.
-Free unlimited Wi-Fi.
-Electricity: 30 kW/day included. Any consumption above this limit must be paid in cash. Consumption exceeding this limit will be billed at 0.30 €/kWh, calculated based on the meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay

PLEASE NOTE:
-In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, ALL GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION UPON ARRIVAL.
-If, during your stay, items such as hand soap or toilet paper run out, we do not restock them.

Beach and sea lovers will find nearby beaches such as Cala Llombards, Cala Sálmunia, Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, and the charming fishing village of Cala Figuera.
There are markets, local fairs, and festivals held during the summer season; in the town of Es Llombards, these take place from July 27 to August 8.
We recommend renting a car to get around the island comfortably, although public transportation is also available with various routes throughout the day.
